• Plan and visit records: the plan you choose, your payments and the washes you get.
• Payment details:card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.
• Website and checkout data: information about your device and how you use our website and checkout, collected with cookies and similar tools.
• Messages: the texts and emails you send us.

• To provide washes and run your monthly plan, including recognizing your vehicle at the wash.
• To bill your plan and send receipts.
• To send account messages, such as payment problems and changes to your plan.
• To answer your questions and resolve problems.
• To send offers and news, only where you have agreed to receive them.
• To keep our services secure, improve them and meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as payment processing, our point-of-sale and membership systems, text messaging, email and website hosting. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

If you give us your mobile number, we text you about your account and plan. We send marketing texts only if you agree to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help.

Our website and plans are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
